| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [5:119] | Qala Allahu hathayawmu yanfaAAu alssadiqeena sidquhum lahumjannatun tajree min tahtiha al-anharukhalideena feeha abadan radiya AllahuAAanhum waradoo AAanhu thalika alfawzu alAAatheemu |  قال الله هذا يوم ينفع الصادقين صدقهم لهم جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها أبدا رضي الله عنهم ورضوا عنه ذلك الفوز العظيمقَالَ اللّهُ هَذَا يَوْمُ يَنفَعُ الصَّادِقِينَ صِدْقُهُمْ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٌ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا رَّضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُواْ عَنْهُ ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اللہ فرمائے گا: یہ ایسا دن ہے (جس میں) سچے لوگوں کو ان کا سچ فائدہ دے گا، ان کے لئے جنتیں ہیں جن کے نیچے نہریں جاری ہیں، وہ ان میں ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں۔ اﷲ ان سے راضی ہوگیا اور وہ اس سے راضی ہوگئے، یہی (رضائے الٰہی) سب سے بڑی کامیابی ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Allah will say: "This is a day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,- their eternal Home: Allah well-pleased with them, and they with Allah: That is the great salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires).

[7:70] | Qaloo aji/tana linaAAbuda Allahawahdahu wanathara ma kana yaAAbudu abaonafa/tina bima taAAiduna in kunta mina alssadiqeena | قالوا أجئتنا لنعبد الله وحده ونذر ما كان يعبد آباؤنا فأتنا بما تعدنا إن كنت من الصادقين قَالُواْ أَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللّهَ وَحْدَهُ وَنَذَرَ مَا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | وہ کہنے لگے: کیا تم ہمارے پاس (اس لئے) آئے ہو کہ ہم صرف ایک اﷲ کی عبادت کریں اور ان (سب خداؤں) کو چھوڑ دیں جن کی پرستش ہمارے باپ دادا کیا کرتے تھے؟ سو تم ہمارے پاس وہ (عذاب) لے آؤ جس کی تم ہمیں وعید سناتے ہو اگر تم سچے لوگوں میں سے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They said: "Comest thou to us, that we may worship Allah alone, and give up the cult of our fathers? bring us what thou threatenest us with, if so be that thou tellest the truth!"

| 3. [7:106] | Qala in kunta ji/ta bi-ayatinfa/ti biha in kunta mina alssadiqeena | قال إن كنت جئت بآية فأت بها إن كنت من الصادقين قَالَ إِن كُنتَ جِئْتَ بِآيَةٍ فَأْتِ بِهَا إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اس (فرعون) نے کہا: اگر تم کوئی نشانی لائے ہو تو اسے (سامنے) لاؤ اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | (Pharaoh) said: "If indeed thou hast come with a Sign, show it forth,- if thou tellest the truth."

| 4. [9:119] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooittaqoo Allaha wakoonoo maAAa alssadiqeena | يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وكونوا مع الصادقين يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَكُونُواْ مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اے ایمان والو! اﷲ سے ڈرتے رہو اور اہلِ صدق (کی معیت) میں شامل رہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | O ye who believe! Fear Allah and be with those who are true (in word and deed).

[11:32] | Qaloo ya noohu qad jadaltanafaaktharta jidalana fa/tina bimataAAiduna in kunta mina alssadiqeena | قالوا يا نوح قد جادلتنا فأكثرت جدالنا فأتنا بما تعدنا إن كنت من الصادقين قَالُواْ يَا نُوحُ قَدْ جَادَلْتَنَا فَأَكْثَرْتَ جِدَالَنَا فَأْتَنِا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | وہ کہنے لگے: اے نوح! بیشک تم ہم سے جھگڑ چکے سو تم نے ہم سے بہت جھگڑا کر لیا، بس اب ہمارے پاس وہ (عذاب) لے آؤ جس کا تم ہم سے وعدہ کرتے ہو اگر تم (واقعی) سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They said: "O Noah! thou hast disputed with us, and (much) hast thou prolonged the dispute with us: now bring upon us what thou threatenest us with, if thou speakest the truth!?"

| 6. [12:27] | Wa-in kana qameesuhu qudda minduburin fakathabat wahuwa mina alssadiqeena | وإن كان قميصه قد من دبر فكذبت وهو من الصادقين وَإِنْ كَانَ قَمِيصُهُ قُدَّ مِن دُبُرٍ فَكَذَبَتْ وَهُوَ مِن الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور اگر اس کا قمیض پیچھے سے پھٹا ہوا ہے تو یہ جھوٹی ہے اور وہ سچوں میں سے ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "But if it be that his shirt is torn from the back, then is she the liar, and he is telling the truth!"

[12:51] | Qala ma khatbukunna ithrawadtunna yoosufa AAan nafsihi qulna hasha lillahima AAalimna AAalayhi min soo-in qalatiimraatu alAAazeezi al-ana hashasa alhaqquana rawadtuhu AAan nafsihi wa-innahu lamina alssadiqeena | قال ما خطبكن إذ راودتن يوسف عن نفسه قلن حاش لله ما علمنا عليه من سوء قالت امرأت العزيز الآن حصحص الحق أنا راودته عن نفسه وإنه لمن الصادقين قَالَ مَا خَطْبُكُنَّ إِذْ رَاوَدتُّنَّ يُوسُفَ عَن نَّفْسِهِ قُلْنَ حَاشَ لِلّهِ مَا عَلِمْنَا عَلَيْهِ مِن سُوءٍ قَالَتِ امْرَأَةُ الْعَزِيزِ الْآنَ حَصْحَصَ الْحَقُّ أَنَاْ رَاوَدتُّهُ عَن نَّفْسِهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | بادشاہ نے (زلیخا سمیت عورتوں کو بلا کر) پوچھا: تم پر کیا بیتا تھا جب تم (سب) نے یوسف (علیہ السلام) کو ان کی راست روی سے بہکانا چاہا تھا (بتاؤ وہ معاملہ کیا تھا)؟ وہ سب (بہ یک زبان) بولیں: اﷲ کی پناہ! ہم نے (تو) یوسف (علیہ السلام) میں کوئی برائی نہیں پائی۔ عزیزِ مصر کی بیوی (زلیخا بھی) بول اٹھی: اب تو حق آشکار ہو چکا ہے (حقیقت یہ ہے کہ) میں نے ہی انہیں اپنی مطلب براری کے لئے پھسلانا چاہا تھا اور بیشک وہی سچے ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | (The king) said (to the ladies): "What was your affair when ye did seek to seduce Joseph from his (true) self?" The ladies said: "Allah preserve us! no evil know we against him!" Said the 'Aziz's wife: "Now is the truth manifest (to all): it was I who sought to seduce him from his (true) self: He is indeed of those who are (ever) true (and virtuous).

| 8. [15:7] | Law ma ta/teena bialmala-ikatiin kunta mina alssadiqeena | لو ما تأتينا بالملائكة إن كنت من الصادقين لَّوْ مَا تَأْتِينَا بِالْمَلَائِكَةِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | تم ہمارے پاس فرشتوں کو کیوں نہیں لے آتے اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Why bringest thou not angels to us if it be that thou hast the Truth?"

[24:6] | Waallatheena yarmoona azwajahumwalam yakun lahum shuhadao illa anfusuhum fashahadatuahadihim arbaAAu shahadatin biAllahiinnahu lamina alssadiqeena | والذين يرمون أزواجهم ولم يكن لهم شهداء إلا أنفسهم فشهادة أحدهم أربع شهادات بالله إنه لمن الصادقين وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلَّا أَنفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جو لوگ اپنی بیویوں پر (بدکاری کی) تہمت لگائیں اور ان کے پاس سوائے اپنی ذات کے کوئی گواہ نہ ہوں تو ایسے کسی بھی ایک شخص کی گواہی یہ ہے کہ (وہ خود) چار مرتبہ اللہ کی قَسم کھا کر گواہی دے کہ وہ (الزام لگانے میں) سچا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And for those who launch a charge against their spouses, and have (in support) no evidence but their own,- their solitary evidence (can be received) if they bear witness four times (with an oath) by Allah that they are solemnly telling the truth;

| 10. [24:9] | Waalkhamisata anna ghadabaAllahi AAalayha in kana mina alssadiqeena | والخامسة أن غضب الله عليها إن كان من الصادقين وَالْخَامِسَةَ أَنَّ غَضَبَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا إِن كَانَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور پانچویں مرتبہ یہ (کہے) کہ اس پر (یعنی مجھ پر) اللہ کا غضب ہو اگر یہ (مرد اس الزام لگانے میں) سچا ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And the fifth (oath) should be that she solemnly invokes the wrath of Allah on herself if (her accuser) is telling the truth.

| Tahir ul Qadri | (فرعون نے) کہا: تم اسے لے آؤ اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | (Pharaoh) said: "Show it then, if thou tellest the truth!"

| 12. [26:154] | Ma anta illa basharun mithlunafa/ti bi-ayatin in kunta mina alssadiqeena | ما أنت إلا بشر مثلنا فأت بآية إن كنت من الصادقين مَا أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِآيَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | تم تو محض ہمارے جیسے بشر ہو، پس تم کوئی نشانی لے آؤ اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Thou art no more than a mortal like us: then bring us a Sign, if thou tellest the truth!"

| 13. [26:187] | Faasqit AAalayna kisafan minaalssama-i in kunta mina alssadiqeena | فأسقط علينا كسفا من السماء إن كنت من الصادقين فَأَسْقِطْ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پس تم ہمارے اوپر آسمان کا کوئی ٹکڑا گرا دو اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Now cause a piece of the sky to fall on us, if thou art truthful!"

[29:29] | A-innakum lata/toona alrrijalawataqtaAAoona alssabeela wata/toona fee nadeekumualmunkara fama kana jawaba qawmihi illaan qaloo i/tina biAAathabi Allahi inkunta mina alssadiqeena | أئنكم لتأتون الرجال وتقطعون السبيل وتأتون في ناديكم المنكر فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا ائتنا بعذاب الله إن كنت من الصادقين أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ وَتَقْطَعُونَ السَّبِيلَ وَتَأْتُونَ فِي نَادِيكُمُ الْمُنكَرَ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا ائْتِنَا بِعَذَابِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | کیا تم (شہوت رانی کے لئے) مَردوں کے پاس جاتے ہو اور ڈاکہ زنی کرتے ہو اور اپنی (بھری) مجلس میں ناپسندیدہ کام کرتے ہو، تو ان کی قوم کا جواب (بھی) اس کے سوا کچھ نہ تھا کہ کہنے لگے: تم ہم پر اللہ کا عذاب لے آؤ اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Do ye indeed approach men, and cut off the highway?- and practise wickedness (even) in your councils?" But his people gave no answer but this: they said: "Bring us the Wrath of Allah if thou tellest the truth."

| 15. [33:8] | Liyas-ala alssadiqeena AAan sidqihimwaaAAadda lilkafireena AAathaban aleeman | ليسأل الصادقين عن صدقهم وأعد للكافرين عذابا أليما لِّيَسْأَلَ الصَّادِقِينَ عَن صِدْقِهِمْ وَأَعَدَّ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | تاکہ (اللہ) سچوں سے اُن کے سچ کے بارے میں دریافت فرمائے، اور اس نے کافروں کے لئے دردناک عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | That (Allah) may question the (custodians) of Truth concerning the Truth they (were charged with): And He has prepared for the Unbelievers a grievous Penalty.

[33:24] | Liyajziya Allahu alssadiqeenabisidqihim wayuAAaththiba almunafiqeena inshaa aw yatooba AAalayhim inna Allaha kanaghafooran raheeman | ليجزي الله الصادقين بصدقهم ويعذب المنافقين إن شاء أو يتوب عليهم إن الله كان غفورا رحيما لِّيَجْزِيَ اللَّهُ الصَّادِقِينَ بِصِدْقِهِمْ وَيُعَذِّبَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ إِن شَاءَ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | (یہ) اس لئے کہ اﷲ سچے لوگوں کو ان کی سچائی کا بدلہ دے اور منافقوں کو چاہے تو عذاب دے یا ان کی توبہ قبول فرما لے۔ بیشک اﷲ بڑا بخشنے والا بڑا رحم فرمانے والا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | That Allah may reward the men of Truth for their Truth, and punish the Hypocrites if that be His Will, or turn to them in Mercy: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

| 17. [46:22] | Qaloo aji/tana lita/fikanaAAan alihatina fa/tina bima taAAidunain kunta mina alssadiqeena | قالوا أجئتنا لتأفكنا عن آلهتنا فأتنا بما تعدنا إن كنت من الصادقين قَالُوا أَجِئْتَنَا لِتَأْفِكَنَا عَنْ آلِهَتِنَا فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | وہ کہنے لگے کہ کیا آپ ہمارے پاس اس لئے آئے ہیں کہ ہمیں ہمارے معبودوں سے برگشتہ کر دیں، پس وہ (عذاب) لے آئیں جس سے ہمیں ڈرا رہے ہیں اگر آپ سچوں میں سے ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They said: "Hast thou come in order to turn us aside from our gods? Then bring upon us the (calamity) with which thou dost threaten us, if thou art telling the truth?"
