| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [2:214] | Am hasibtum an tadkhuloo aljannatawalamma ya/tikum mathalu allatheena khalaw minqablikum massat-humu alba/sao waalddarraowazulziloo hatta yaqoola alrrasoolu waallatheenaamanoo maAAahu mata nasru Allahi alainna nasra Allahi qareebun |  أم حسبتم أن تدخلوا الجنة ولما يأتكم مثل الذين خلوا من قبلكم مستهم البأساء والضراء وزلزلوا حتى يقول الرسول والذين آمنوا معه متى نصر الله ألا إن نصر الله قريبأَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُواْ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِكُم مَّثَلُ الَّذِينَ خَلَوْاْ مِن قَبْلِكُم مَّسَّتْهُمُ الْبَأْسَاءُ وَالضَّرَّاءُ وَزُلْزِلُواْ حَتَّى يَقُولَ الرَّسُولُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مَعَهُ مَتَى نَصْرُ اللّهِ أَلا إِنَّ نَصْرَ اللّهِ قَرِيبٌ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | کیا تم یہ گمان کرتے ہو کہ تم (یونہی بلا آزمائش) جنت میں داخل ہو جاؤ گے حالانکہ تم پر تو ابھی ان لوگوں جیسی حالت (ہی) نہیں بیتی جو تم سے پہلے گزر چکے، انہیں توطرح طرح کی سختیاں اور تکلیفیں پہنچیں اور انہیں (اس طرح) ہلا ڈالا گیا کہ (خود) پیغمبر اور ان کے ایمان والے ساتھی (بھی) پکار اٹھے کہ اﷲ کی مدد کب آئے گی؟ آگاہ ہو جاؤ کہ بیشک اﷲ کی مدد قریب ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Or do ye think that ye shall enter the Garden (of bliss) without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? they encountered suffering and adversity, and were so shaken in spirit that even the Messenger and those of faith who were with him cried: "When (will come) the help of Allah?" Ah! Verily, the help of Allah is (always) near!

| 2. [10:48] | Wayaqooloona mata hathaalwaAAdu in kuntum sadiqeena | ويقولون متى هذا الوعد إن كنتم صادقين وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَـذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور وہ (طعنہ زنی کے طور پر) کہتے ہیں کہ یہ وعدۂ (عذاب) کب (پورا) ہوگا (مسلمانو! بتاؤ) اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They say: "When will this promise come to pass,- if ye speak the truth?"

[17:51] | Aw khalqan mimma yakburu fee sudoorikumfasayaqooloona man yuAAeeduna quli allathee fatarakumawwala marratin fasayunghidoona ilayka ruoosahumwayaqooloona mata huwa qul AAasa an yakoona qareeban | أو خلقا مما يكبر في صدوركم فسيقولون من يعيدنا قل الذي فطركم أول مرة فسينغضون إليك رءوسهم ويقولون متى هو قل عسى أن يكون قريبا أَوْ خَلْقًا مِّمَّا يَكْبُرُ فِي صُدُورِكُمْ فَسَيَقُولُونَ مَن يُعِيدُنَا قُلِ الَّذِي فَطَرَكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ فَسَيُنْغِضُونَ إِلَيْكَ رُؤُوسَهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هُوَ قُلْ عَسَى أَن يَكُونَ قَرِيبًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | یا کوئی ایسی مخلوق جو تمہارے خیال میں (ان چیزوں سے بھی) زیادہ سخت ہو (کہ اس میں زندگی پانے کی بالکل صلاحیت ہی نہ ہو)، پھر وہ (اس حال میں) کہیں گے کہ ہمیں کون دوبارہ زندہ کرے گا؟ فرما دیجئے: وہی جس نے تمہیں پہلی بار پیدا فرمایا تھا، پھر وہ (تعجب اور تمسخر کے طور پر) آپ کے سامنے اپنے سر ہلا دیں گے اور کہیں گے: یہ کب ہوگا؟ فرما دیجئے: امید ہے جلد ہی ہو جائے گا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Or created matter which, in your minds, is hardest (to be raised up),- (Yet shall ye be raised up)!" then will they say: "Who will cause us to return?" Say: "He who created you first!" Then will they wag their heads towards thee, and say, "When will that be?" Say, "May be it will be quite soon!

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور وہ کہتے ہیں: یہ وعدۂ (عذاب) کب (پورا) ہوگا اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They say: "When will this promise come to pass, if ye are telling the truth?"

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور وہ کہتے ہیں کہ اگر تم سچے ہو تو (بتاؤ) یہ (عذابِ آخرت کا) وعدہ کب پورا ہوگا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They also say: "When will this promise (come to pass)? (Say) if ye are truthful."

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور کہتے ہیں: یہ فیصلہ (کا دن) کب ہوگا اگر تم سچے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They say: "When will this decision be, if ye are telling the truth?"
