| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [3:181] | Laqad samiAAa Allahu qawla allatheenaqaloo inna Allaha faqeerun wanahnu aghniyaonsanaktubu ma qaloo waqatlahumu al-anbiyaabighayri haqqin wanaqoolu thooqoo AAathabaalhareeqi |  لقد سمع الله قول الذين قالوا إن الله فقير ونحن أغنياء سنكتب ما قالوا وقتلهم الأنبياء بغير حق ونقول ذوقوا عذاب الحريقلَّقَدْ سَمِعَ اللّهُ قَوْلَ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ فَقِيرٌ وَنَحْنُ أَغْنِيَاءُ سَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَالُواْ وَقَتْلَهُمُ الأَنبِيَاءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَنَقُولُ ذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | بیشک اللہ نے ان لوگوں کی بات سن لی جو کہتے ہیں کہ اللہ محتاج ہے اور ہم غنی ہیں، اب ہم ان کی ساری باتیں اور ان کا انبیاءکو ناحق قتل کرنا (بھی) لکھ رکھیں گے، اور (روزِ قیامت) فرمائیں گے کہ (اب تم) جلا ڈالنے والے عذاب کا مزہ چکھو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Allah hath heard the taunt of those who say: "Truly, Allah is indigent and we are rich!"- We shall certainly record their word and (their act) of slaying the prophets in defiance of right, and We shall say: "Taste ye the penalty of the Scorching Fire!

| 2. [10:52] | Thumma qeela lillatheena thalamoothooqoo AAathaba alkhuldi hal tujzawna illabima kuntum taksiboona | ثم قيل للذين ظلموا ذوقوا عذاب الخلد هل تجزون إلا بما كنتم تكسبون ثُمَّ قِيلَ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ الْخُلْدِ هَلْ تُجْزَوْنَ إِلاَّ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پھر (ان) ظالموں سے کہا جائے گا: تم دائمی عذاب کا مزہ چکھو، تمہیں (کچھ بھی اور) بدلہ نہیں دیا جائے گا، مگر انہی اعمال کا جو تم کماتے رہے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "At length will be said to the wrong-doers: 'Taste ye the enduring punishment! ye get but the recompense of what ye earned!'"

[29:55] | Yawma yaghshahumu alAAathabumin fawqihim wamin tahti arjulihim wayaqoolu thooqooma kuntum taAAmaloona | يوم يغشاهم العذاب من فوقهم ومن تحت أرجلهم ويقول ذوقوا ما كنتم تعملون يَوْمَ يَغْشَاهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِن فَوْقِهِمْ وَمِن تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِهِمْ وَيَقُولُ ذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | جس دن عذاب انہیں ان کے اوپر سے اور ان کے پاؤں کے نیچے سے ڈھانپ لے گا تو ارشاد ہوگا: تم ان کاموں کا مزہ چکھو جو تم کرتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | On the Day that the Punishment shall cover them from above them and from below them, and (a Voice) shall say: "Taste ye (the fruits) of your deeds!"

[32:20] | Waamma allatheena fasaqoofama/wahumu alnnaru kullama aradooan yakhrujoo minha oAAeedoo feeha waqeela lahum thooqooAAathaba alnnari allathee kuntum bihitukaththiboona | وأما الذين فسقوا فمأواهم النار كلما أرادوا أن يخرجوا منها أعيدوا فيها وقيل لهم ذوقوا عذاب النار الذي كنتم به تكذبون وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا فَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَن يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جو لوگ نافرمان ہوئے سو ان کا ٹھکانا دوزخ ہے۔ وہ جب بھی اس سے نکل بھاگنے کا ارادہ کریں گے تو اسی میں لوٹا دیئے جائیں گے اور ان سے کہا جائے گا کہ اِس آتشِ دوزخ کا عذاب چکھتے رہو جِسے تم جھٹلایا کرتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | As to those who are rebellious and wicked, their abode will be the Fire: every time they wish to get away therefrom, they will be forced thereinto, and it will be said to them: "Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire, the which ye were wont to reject as false."

[34:42] | Faalyawma la yamliku baAAdukumlibaAAdin nafAAan wala darran wanaqoolulillatheena thalamoo thooqoo AAathabaalnnari allatee kuntum biha tukaththiboona | فاليوم لا يملك بعضكم لبعض نفعا ولا ضرا ونقول للذين ظلموا ذوقوا عذاب النار التي كنتم بها تكذبون فَالْيَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ نَّفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا وَنَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پس آج کے دن تم میں سے کوئی نہ ایک دوسرے کے نفع کا مالک ہے اور نہ نقصان کا، اور ہم ظالموں سے کہیں گے: دوزخ کے عذاب کا مزہ چکھو جسے تم جھٹلایا کرتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | So on that Day no power shall they have over each other, for profit or harm: and We shall say to the wrong-doers, "Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire,- the which ye were wont to deny!"

| Tahir ul Qadri | بھلا وہ شخص جو قیامت کے دن (آگ کے) برے عذاب کو اپنے چہرے سے روک رہا ہوگا (کیونکہ اس کے دونوں ہاتھ بندھے ہونگے، اس کا کیا حال ہوگا؟) اور ایسے ظالموں سے کہا جائے گا: اُن بداعمالیوں کا مزہ چکھو جو تم انجام دیا کرتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Is, then, one who has to fear the brunt of the Penalty on the Day of Judgment (and receive it) on his face, (like one guarded therefrom)? It will be said to the wrong-doers: "Taste ye (the fruits of) what ye earned!"

| Tahir ul Qadri | (اُن سے کہا جائے گا:) اپنی سزا کا مزہ چکھو، یہی وہ عذاب ہے جسے تم جلدی مانگتے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Taste ye your trial! This is what ye used to ask to be hastened!"

| Tahir ul Qadri | جس دن وہ لوگ اپنے مُنہ کے بل دوزخ میں گھسیٹے جائیں گے (تو اُن سے کہا جائے گا:) آگ میں جلنے کا مزہ چکھو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | The Day they will be dragged through the Fire on their faces, (they will hear:) "Taste ye the touch of Hell!"
