La alshshamsu yanbaghee lahaan tudrika alqamara wala allaylu sabiqu alnnahariwakullun fee falakin yasbahoona لا الشمس ينبغي لها أن تدرك القمر ولا الليل سابق النهار وكل في فلك يسبحون
لَا الشَّمْسُ يَنبَغِي لَهَا أَن تُدْرِكَ الْقَمَرَ وَلَا اللَّيْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِ وَكُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ

  نہ سورج کی یہ مجال کہ وہ (اپنا مدار چھوڑ کر) چاند کو جا پکڑے اور نہ رات ہی دن سے پہلے نمودار ہوسکتی ہے، اور سب (ستارے اور سیارے) اپنے (اپنے) مدار میں حرکت پذیر ہیں

Yousuf AliIt is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: Each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law).

Abul Ala Maududiنہ سورج کے بس میں یہ ہے کہ وہ چاند کو جا پکڑے اور نہ رات دن پر سبقت لے جا سکتی ہے سب ایک ایک فلک میں تیر رہے ہیں
