| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [17:23] | Waqada rabbuka alla taAAbudooilla iyyahu wabialwalidayni ihsananimma yablughanna AAindaka alkibara ahaduhumaaw kilahuma fala taqul lahuma offinwala tanharhuma waqul lahuma qawlan kareeman |  وقضى ربك ألا تعبدوا إلا إياه وبالوالدين إحسانا إما يبلغن عندك الكبر أحدهما أو كلاهما فلا تقل لهما أف ولا تنهرهما وقل لهما قولا كريماوَقَضَى رَبُّكَ أَلاَّ تَعْبُدُواْ إِلاَّ إِيَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا إِمَّا يَبْلُغَنَّ عِندَكَ الْكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَوْ كِلاَهُمَا فَلاَ تَقُل لَّهُمَآ أُفٍّ وَلاَ تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُل لَّهُمَا قَوْلاً كَرِيمًا | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور آپ کے رب نے حکم فرما دیا ہے کہ تم اﷲ کے سوا کسی کی عبادت مت کرو اور والدین کے ساتھ حسنِ سلوک کیا کرو، اگر تمہارے سامنے دونوں میں سے کوئی ایک یا دونوں بڑھاپے کو پہنچ جائیں تو انہیں ”اُف“ بھی نہ کہنا اور انہیں جھڑکنا بھی نہیں اور ان دونوں کے ساتھ بڑے ادب سے بات کیا کرو | ||||||
