[13:10] | Sawaon minkum man asarra alqawlawaman jahara bihi waman huwa mustakhfin biallayli wasaribunbialnnahari |  سواء منكم من أسر القول ومن جهر به ومن هو مستخف بالليل وسارب بالنهارسَوَاءٌ مِّنكُم مَّنْ أَسَرَّ الْقَوْلَ وَمَن جَهَرَ بِهِ وَمَنْ هُوَ مُسْتَخْفٍ بِاللَّيْلِ وَسَارِبٌ بِالنَّهَارِ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | تم میں سے جو شخص آہستہ بات کرے اور جو بلند آواز سے کرے اور جو رات (کی تاریکی) میں چھپا ہو اور جو دن (کی روشنی) میں چلتا پھرتا ہو (اس کے لئے) سب برابر ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | It is the same (to Him) whether any of you conceal his speech or declare it openly; whether he lie hid by night or walk forth freely by day.

| 2. [18:61] | Falamma balagha majmaAAabaynihima nasiya hootahuma faittakhathasabeelahu fee albahri saraban | فلما بلغا مجمع بينهما نسيا حوتهما فاتخذ سبيله في البحر سربا فَلَمَّا بَلَغَا مَجْمَعَ بَيْنِهِمَا نَسِيَا حُوتَهُمَا فَاتَّخَذَ سَبِيلَهُ فِي الْبَحْرِ سَرَبًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | سو جب وہ دونوں دو دریاؤں کے درمیان سنگم پر پہنچے تو وہ دونوں اپنی مچھلی (وہیں) بھول گئے پس وہ (تلی ہوئی مچھلی زندہ ہوکر) دریا میں سرنگ کی طرح اپنا راستہ بناتے ہوئے (نکل گئی) | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | But when they reached the Junction, they forgot (about) their Fish, which took its course through the sea (straight) as in a tunnel.

[24:39] | Waallatheena kafaroo aAAmaluhumkasarabin biqeeAAatin yahsabuhu alththam-anumaan hatta itha jaahu lamyajidhu shay-an wawajada Allaha AAindahu fawaffahu hisabahuwaAllahu sareeAAu alhisabi | والذين كفروا أعمالهم كسراب بقيعة يحسبه الظمآن ماء حتى إذا جاءه لم يجده شيئا ووجد الله عنده فوفاه حسابه والله سريع الحساب وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَسَرَابٍ بِقِيعَةٍ يَحْسَبُهُ الظَّمْآنُ مَاءً حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءَهُ لَمْ يَجِدْهُ شَيْئًا وَوَجَدَ اللَّهَ عِندَهُ فَوَفَّاهُ حِسَابَهُ وَاللَّهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور کافروں کے اعمال چٹیل میدان میں سراب کی مانند ہیں جس کو پیاسا پانی سمجھتا ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ جب اس کے پاس آتا ہے تو اسے کچھ (بھی) نہیں پاتا (اسی طرح اس نے آخرت میں) اللہ کو اپنے پاس پایا مگر اللہ نے اس کا پورا حساب (دنیا میں ہی) چکا دیا تھا، اور اللہ جلد حساب کرنے والا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | But the Unbelievers,- their deeds are like a mirage in sandy deserts, which the man parched with thirst mistakes for water; until when he comes up to it, he finds it to be nothing: But he finds Allah (ever) with him, and Allah will pay him his account: and Allah is swift in taking account.

| 4. [78:20] | Wasuyyirati aljibalu fakanatsaraban | وسيرت الجبال فكانت سرابا وَسُيِّرَتِ الْجِبَالُ فَكَانَتْ سَرَابًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور پہاڑ (غبار بنا کر فضا میں) اڑا دیئے جائیں گے، سو وہ سراب (کی طرح کالعدم) ہو جائیں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And the mountains shall vanish, as if they were a mirage.
