| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[9:55] | Fala tuAAjibka amwaluhum walaawladuhum innama yureedu Allahu liyuAAaththibahumbiha fee alhayati alddunyawatazhaqa anfusuhum wahum kafiroona |  فلا تعجبك أموالهم ولا أولادهم إنما يريد الله ليعذبهم بها في الحياة الدنيا وتزهق أنفسهم وهم كافرونفَلاَ تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلاَ أَوْلاَدُهُمْ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | سو آپ کو نہ (تو) ان کے اموال تعجب میں ڈالیں اور نہ ہی ان کی اولاد۔ بس اللہ تو یہ چاہتا ہے کہ انہیں انہی (چیزوں) کی وجہ سے دنیوی زندگی میں عذاب دے اور ان کی جانیں اس حال میں نکلیں کہ وہ کافر ہوں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Let not their wealth nor their (following in) sons dazzle thee: in reality Allah's plan is to punish them with these things in this life, and that their souls may perish in their (very) denial of Allah.
