| 1. [33:66] | Yawma tuqallabu wujoohuhum fee alnnariyaqooloona ya laytana ataAAna AllahawaataAAna alrrasoola |  يوم تقلب وجوههم في النار يقولون يا ليتنا أطعنا الله وأطعنا الرسولايَوْمَ تُقَلَّبُ وُجُوهُهُمْ فِي النَّارِ يَقُولُونَ يَا لَيْتَنَا أَطَعْنَا اللَّهَ وَأَطَعْنَا الرَّسُولَا | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | جِس دن ان کے مُنہ آتشِ دوزخ میں (بار بار) الٹائے جائیں گے (تو) وہ کہیں گے: اے کاش! ہم نے اللہ کی اطاعت کی ہوتی اور ہم نے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی اطاعت کی ہوتی | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | The Day that their faces will be turned upside down in the Fire, they will say: "Woe to us! Would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger!"

| 2. [33:67] | Waqaloo rabbana inna ataAAnasadatana wakubaraana faadalloonaalssabeela | وقالوا ربنا إنا أطعنا سادتنا وكبراءنا فأضلونا السبيلا وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّا أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَاءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا السَّبِيلَا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور وہ کہیں گے: اے ہمارے رب! بیشک ہم نے اپنے سرداروں اور اپنے بڑوں کا کہا مانا تھا تو انہوں نے ہمیں (سیدھی) راہ سے بہکا دیا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And they would say: "Our Lord! We obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us as to the (right) Path.
