بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Wa-in nakathoo aymanahum min baAAdiAAahdihim wataAAanoo fee deenikum faqatilooa-immata alkufri innahum la aymana lahumlaAAallahum yantahoona وإن نكثوا أيمانهم من بعد عهدهم وطعنوا في دينكم فقاتلوا أئمة الكفر إنهم لا أيمان لهم لعلهم ينتهون
وَإِن نَّكَثُواْ أَيْمَانَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُواْ فِي دِينِكُمْ فَقَاتِلُواْ أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ أَيْمَانَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ

  اور اگر وہ اپنے عہد کے بعد اپنی قََسمیں توڑ دیں اور تمہارے دین میں طعنہ زنی کریں تو تم (ان) کفر کے سرغنوں سے جنگ کرو بیشک ان کی قَسموں کا کوئی اعتبار نہیں تاکہ وہ (اپنی فتنہ پروری سے) باز آجائیں

Yousuf AliBut if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and taunt you for your Faith,- fight ye the chiefs of Unfaith: for their oaths are nothing to them: that thus they may be restrained.

Ahmed Aliاور اگر وہ عہد کرنے کے بعد اپنی قسمیں تو ڑ دیں اور تمہارے دین میں عیب نکالیں تو کفر کے سرداروں سے لڑو ان کی قسموں کوئی اعتبار نہیں تاکہ وہ باز آ آئیں

Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyاور اگر عہد کرنے کے بعد اپنی قسموں کو توڑ ڈالیں اور تمہارے دین میں طعنے کرنے لگیں تو ان کفر کے پیشواؤں سے جنگ کرو (یہ یہ بےایمان لوگ ہیں اور) ان کی قسموں کا کچھ اعتبار نہیں ہے۔ عجب نہیں کہ (اپنی حرکات سے) باز آجائیں
Mehmood Al Hassanاور اگر وہ توڑ دیں اپنی قسمیں عہد کرنے کے بعد اور عیب لگائیں تمہارے دین میں تو لڑو کفر کے سرداروں سے بیشک انکی قسمیں کچھ نہیں تاکہ وہ باز آئیں
Abul Ala Maududiاور اگر عہد کرنے کے بعد یہ پھر اپنی قسموں کو توڑ ڈالیں اور تمہارے دین پر حملے کرنے شروع کر دیں تو کفر کے علمبرداروں سے جنگ کرو کیونکہ ان کی قسموں کا اعتبار نہیں شاید کہ (پھر تلوار ہی کے زور سے) وہ باز آئیں گے
