Ishtaraw bi-ayati Allahithamanan qaleelan fasaddoo AAan sabeelihi innahum saama kanoo yaAAmaloona اشتروا بآيات الله ثمنا قليلا فصدوا عن سبيله إنهم ساء ما كانوا يعملون
اشْتَرَوْاْ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ إِنَّهُمْ سَاءَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ

  انہوں نے آیاتِ الٰہی کے بدلے (دنیوی مفاد کی) تھوڑی سی قیمت حاصل کر لی پھر اس (کے دین) کی راہ سے (لوگوں کو) روکنے لگے، بیشک بہت ہی برا کام ہے جو وہ کرتے رہتے ہیں

Ahmed Aliانہوں نے الله کی آیتوں کو تھوڑی قیمت پر بیچ ڈالا پھر الله کے راستے سے روکتے ہیں بے شک وہ برا ہے جو کچھ وہ کرتے ہیں
Ahmed Raza Khanاللہ کی آیتوں کے بدلے تھو ڑے دام مول لیے تو اس کی راہ سے روکا بیشک وہ بہت ہی بڑے کام کرتے ہیں،
Shabbir Ahmed بیچ دیا ہے اُنہوں نے آیات کو اللہ کی حقیر معاوضہ کے بدلے پھر روکنے لگے (لوگوں کو) اللہ کی راہ سے صُورتِ حال یہ ہے کہ بہت بُرے ہیں وہ کام جو یہ کر رہے ہیں۔
Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyیہ خدا کی آیتوں کے عوض تھوڑا سا فائدہ حاصل کرتے اور لوگوں کو خدا کے رستے سے روکتے ہیں۔ کچھ شک نہیں کہ جو کام یہ کرتے ہیں برے ہیں

Abul Ala Maududiانہوں نے اللہ کی آیات کے بدلے تھوڑی سی قیمت قبول کر لی پھر اللہ کے راستے میں سدراہ بن کر کھڑے ہو گئے بہت برے کرتوت تھے جو یہ کرتے رہے
