| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [58:13] | Aashfaqtum an tuqaddimoo bayna yaday najwakumsadaqatin fa-ith lam tafAAaloo watabaAllahu AAalaykum faaqeemoo alssalatawaatoo alzzakata waateeAAoo Allahawarasoolahu waAllahu khabeerun bimataAAmaloona |  أأشفقتم أن تقدموا بين يدي نجواكم صدقات فإذ لم تفعلوا وتاب الله عليكم فأقيموا الصلاة وآتوا الزكاة وأطيعوا الله ورسوله والله خبير بما تعملونأَأَشْفَقْتُمْ أَن تُقَدِّمُوا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ نَجْوَاكُمْ صَدَقَاتٍ فَإِذْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا وَتَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَاللَّهُ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | کیا (بارگاہِ رسالت صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم میں) تنہائی و رازداری کے ساتھ بات کرنے سے قبل صدقات و خیرات دینے سے تم گھبرا گئے؟ پھر جب تم نے (ایسا) نہ کیا اور اللہ نے تم سے باز پرس اٹھا لی (یعنی یہ پابندی اٹھا دی) تو (اب) نماز قائم رکھو اور زکوٰۃ ادا کرتے رہو اور اللہ اور اُس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی اطاعت بجا لاتے رہو، اور اللہ تمہارے سب کاموں سے خوب آگاہ ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Is it that ye are afraid of spending sums in charity before your private consultation (with him)? If, then, ye do not so, and Allah forgives you, then (at least) establish regular prayer; practise regular charity; and obey Allah and His Messenger. And Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.

| QXP Shabbir Ahemd** | Is it that you are afraid of a transgression if you are not able to do such an act of kindness before you confer with the Messenger? Yet if you fail to find an opportunity to do it, Allah has already accepted your repentance (58:12). Hence, stay focused on establishing Salat - the Divine System, and setting up the Just Economic Order of Zakat. And obey Allah and His Messenger. For, Allah is Aware of all you do. | ||||||
