| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[5:43] | Wakayfa yuhakkimoonaka waAAindahumu alttawratufeeha hukmu Allahi thumma yatawallawna minbaAAdi thalika wama ola-ika bialmu/mineena |  وكيف يحكمونك وعندهم التوراة فيها حكم الله ثم يتولون من بعد ذلك وما أولئك بالمؤمنينوَكَيْفَ يُحَكِّمُونَكَ وَعِندَهُمُ التَّوْرَاةُ فِيهَا حُكْمُ اللّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّوْنَ مِن بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَمَا أُوْلَـئِكَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور یہ لوگ آپ کو کیوں کر حاکم مان سکتے ہیں در آنحالیکہ ان کے پاس تورات (موجود) ہے جس میں اللہ کا حکم (مذکور) ہے، پھر یہ اس کے بعد (بھی حق سے) رُوگردانی کرتے ہیں، اور وہ لوگ (بالکل) ایمان لانے والے نہیں ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | But why do they come to thee for decision, when they have (their own) law before them?- therein is the (plain) command of Allah; yet even after that, they would turn away. For they are not (really) People of Faith.
