| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [5:107] | Fa-in AAuthira AAala annahumaistahaqqa ithman faakharani yaqoomanimaqamahuma mina allatheena istahaqqaAAalayhimu al-awlayani fayuqsimani biAllahilashahadatuna ahaqqu min shahadatihimawama iAAtadayna inna ithan lamina alththalimeena |  فإن عثر على أنهما استحقا إثما فآخران يقومان مقامهما من الذين استحق عليهم الأوليان فيقسمان بالله لشهادتنا أحق من شهادتهما وما اعتدينا إنا إذا لمن الظالمينفَإِنْ عُثِرَ عَلَى أَنَّهُمَا اسْتَحَقَّا إِثْمًا فَآخَرَانِ يِقُومَانُ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَحَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الأَوْلَيَانِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللّهِ لَشَهَادَتُنَا أَحَقُّ مِن شَهَادَتِهِمَا وَمَا اعْتَدَيْنَا إِنَّا إِذًا لَّمِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | پھر اگر اس (بات) کی اطلاع ہو جائے کہ وہ دونوں (صحیح گواہی چھپانے کے باعث) گناہ کے سزاوار ہو گئے ہیں تو ان کی جگہ دو اور (گواہ) ان لوگوں میں سے کھڑے ہو جائیں جن کا حق پہلے دو (گواہوں) نے دبایا ہے (وہ میت کے زیادہ قرابت دار ہوں) پھر وہ اللہ کی قَسم کھائیں کہ بیشک ہماری گواہی ان دونوں کی گواہی سے زیادہ سچی ہے اور ہم (حق سے) تجاوز نہیں کر رہے، (اگر ایسا کریں تو) ہم اسی وقت ظالموں میں سے ہو جائیں گے | ||||||
