| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[4:141] | Allatheena yatarabbasoonabikum fa-in kana lakum fathun mina Allahi qalooalam nakun maAAakum wa-in kana lilkafireena naseebunqaloo alam nastahwith AAalaykum wanamnaAAkummina almu/mineena faAllahu yahkumu baynakumyawma alqiyamati walan yajAAala Allahu lilkafireenaAAala almu/mineena sabeelan |  الذين يتربصون بكم فإن كان لكم فتح من الله قالوا ألم نكن معكم وإن كان للكافرين نصيب قالوا ألم نستحوذ عليكم ونمنعكم من المؤمنين فالله يحكم بينكم يوم القيامة ولن يجعل الله للكافرين على المؤمنين سبيلاالَّذِينَ يَتَرَبَّصُونَ بِكُمْ فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ فَتْحٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ قَالُواْ أَلَمْ نَكُن مَّعَكُمْ وَإِن كَانَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ نَصِيبٌ قَالُواْ أَلَمْ نَسْتَحْوِذْ عَلَيْكُمْ وَنَمْنَعْكُم مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَاللّهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | وہ (منافق) جو تمہاری (فتح و شکست کی) تاک میں رہتے ہیں، پھر اگر تمہیں اللہ کی طرف سے فتح نصیب ہو جائے تو کہتے ہیں: کیا ہم تمہارے ساتھ نہ تھے؟ اور اگر کافروں کو (ظاہری فتح میں سے) کچھ حصہ مل گیا تو (ان سے) کہتے ہیں: کیا ہم تم پر غالب نہیں ہو گئے تھے اور (اس کے باوجود) کیا ہم نے تمہیں مسلمانوں (کے ہاتھوں نقصان) سے نہیں بچایا؟ پس اللہ تمہارے درمیان قیامت کے دن فیصلہ فرمائے گا، اور اللہ کافروں کو مسلمانوں پر (غلبہ پانے کی) ہرگز کوئی راہ نہ دے گا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | (These are) the ones who wait and watch about you: if ye do gain a victory from Allah, they say: "Were we not with you?"- but if the unbelievers gain a success, they say (to them): "Did we not gain an advantage over you, and did we not guard you from the believers?" but Allah will judge betwixt you on the Day of Judgment. And never will Allah grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers.

And if to the disbelievers was a luck/fortune, they (the hypocrites) said: "Did we not dominate/drive fast/defeat on (with) you and protect you from the believers?" So God judges/rules between you (on) the Resurrection Day, and God will never/not make to the disbelievers on the believers a way/path. | ||||||
