Walaw yu-akhithu Allahualnnasa bima kasaboo ma taraka AAalathahriha min dabbatin walakinyu-akhkhiruhum ila ajalin musamman fa-itha jaaajaluhum fa-inna Allaha kana biAAibadihi baseeran ولو يؤاخذ الله الناس بما كسبوا ما ترك على ظهرها من دابة ولكن يؤخرهم إلى أجل مسمى فإذا جاء أجلهم فإن الله كان بعباده بصيرا
وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذُ اللَّهُ النَّاسَ بِمَا كَسَبُوا مَا تَرَكَ عَلَى ظَهْرِهَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَلَكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِ بَصِيرًا

  اور اگر اﷲ لوگوں کو اُن اعمالِ (بد) کے بدلے جو انہوں نے کما رکھے ہیں (عذاب کی) گرفت میں لینے لگے تو وہ اس زمین کی پشت پر کسی چلنے والے کو نہ چھوڑے لیکن وہ انہیں مقررہ مدّت تک مہلت دے رہا ہے۔ پھر جب ان کا مقررہ وقت آجائے گا تو بیشک اﷲ اپنے بندوں کو خوب دیکھنے والا ہے

Yousuf AliIf Allah were to punish men according to what they deserve. He would not leave on the back of the (earth) a single living creature: but He gives them respite for a stated Term: when their Term expires, verily Allah has in His sight all His Servants.

Ahmed Aliاور اگر الله لوگوں سے ان کے اعمال پر گرفت کرتا تو سطح زمین پر کوئی جاندار نہ چھوڑتا لیکن وہ انہیں ایک وقت مقرر تک ڈھیل دیتا ہے پس جب ا نکا وقت مقرر آجائے گا تو بے شک الله اپنے بندوں کو خوب دیکھ رہا ہے
Ahmed Raza Khanاور اگر اللہ لوگوں کو ان کے کیے پر پکڑتا تو زمین کی پیٹھ پر کوئی چلنے والا نہ چھوڑتا لیکن ایک مقرر میعاد تک انہیں ڈھیل دیتا ہے پھر جب ان کا وعدہ آئے گا تو بیشک اللہ کے سب بندے اس کی نگاہ میں ہیں
Shabbir Ahmed اور اگر کہیں گرفت فرماتا اللہ انسانوں کی ان کے کرتوتں پر تو نہ چھوڑتا زمین پر کوئی چلنے پھرنے والا لیکن وہ انہیں مہلت دے رہا ہے ایک وقت مقرر تک پھر جب آجائے گا ان کا وقت مقرر --- تو امرِ واقعہ یہ ہے کہ اللہ اپنے بندوں کو پوری طرح دیکھ لے گا۔
Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyاور اگر خدا لوگوں کو ان کے اعمال کے سبب پکڑنے لگتا۔ تو روئے زمین پر ایک چلنے پھرنے والے کو نہ چھوڑتا۔ لیکن وہ ان کو ایک وقت مقرر تک مہلت دیئے جاتا ہے۔ سو جب ان کا وقت آجائے گا تو (ان کے اعمال کا بدلہ دے گا) خدا تو اپنے بندوں کو دیکھ رہا ہے
Mehmood Al Hassanاور اگر پکڑ کرے اللہ لوگوں کی ان کی کمائی پرنہ چھوڑے زمین کی پیٹھ پر ایک بھی ہلنے چلنے والا پر ان کو ڈھیل دیتا ہے ایک مقرر وعدہ تک پھر جب آئے ان کا وعدہ تو اللہ کی نگاہ میں ہیں اس کے سب بندے
Abul Ala Maududiاگر کہیں وہ لوگوں کو اُن کے کیے کرتوتوں پر پکڑتا تو زمین پر کسی متنفس کو جیتا نہ چھوڑتا مگر وہ انہیں ایک مقرر وقت تک کے لیے مہلت دے رہا ہے پھر جب ان کا وقت آن پورا ہوگا تو اللہ اپنے بندوں کو دیکھ لے گا

SarwarWere God to punish people for their deeds immediately, not one creature would have survived on earth. However, He has given them a respite for an appointed time and when their term comes to an end, let it be known that God watches over His servants.

Khalifa**If GOD punished the people for their sins, He would not leave a single creature on earth. But He respites them for a predetermined interim. Once their interim is fulfilled, then GOD is Seer of His servants.
Hilali/Khan**And if Allah were to punish men for that which they earned, He would not leave a moving (living) creature on the surface of the earth, but He gives them respite to an appointed term, and when their term comes, then verily, Allah is Ever AllSeer of His slaves.
