1. [35:42] | Waaqsamoo biAllahi jahda aymanihimla-in jaahum natheerun layakoonunna ahda minihda al-omami falamma jaahum natheerunma zadahum illa nufooran
| وأقسموا بالله جهد أيمانهم لئن جاءهم نذير ليكونن أهدى من إحدى الأمم فلما جاءهم نذير ما زادهم إلا نفورا وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِن جَاءَهُمْ نَذِيرٌ لَّيَكُونُنَّ أَهْدَى مِنْ إِحْدَى الْأُمَمِ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ نَذِيرٌ مَّا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّا نُفُورًا |

Tahir ul Qadri | اور یہ لوگ اﷲ کے ساتھ بڑی پختہ قَسمیں کھایا کرتے تھے کہ اگر اُن کے پاس کوئی ڈر سنانے والا آجائے تو یہ ضرور ہر ایک امّت سے بڑھ کر راہِ راست پر ہوں گے، پھر جب اُن کے پاس ڈر سنانے والے (نبی آخر الزماں صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تشریف لے آئے تو اس سے اُن کی حق سے بیزاری میں اضافہ ہی ہوا |
