Waanzala allatheena thaharoohummin ahli alkitabi min sayaseehim waqathafafee quloobihimu alrruAAba fareeqan taqtuloona wata/siroonafareeqan وأنزل الذين ظاهروهم من أهل الكتاب من صياصيهم وقذف في قلوبهم الرعب فريقا تقتلون وتأسرون فريقا
وَأَنزَلَ الَّذِينَ ظَاهَرُوهُم مِّنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ مِن صَيَاصِيهِمْ وَقَذَفَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الرُّعْبَ فَرِيقًا تَقْتُلُونَ وَتَأْسِرُونَ فَرِيقًا

  اور (بنو قُرَیظہ کے) جن اہلِ کتاب نے ان (کافروں) کی مدد کی تھی اﷲ نے انہیں (بھی) ان کے قلعوں سے اتار دیا اور ان کے دلوں میں (اسلام کا) رعب ڈال دیا، تم (ان میں سے) ایک گروہ کو (ان کے جنگی جرائم کی پاداش میں) قتل کرتے ہو اور ایک گروہ کو جنگی قیدی بناتے ہو

After the dismal rout of the latter, the Banu Qurayzah, anticipating the vengeance of the community which they had betrayed, withdrew to their fortresses in the vicinity of Medina. After a siege lasting twenty-five days they surrendered to the Muslims, forfeiting all that they possessed.] and cast terror into their hearts: some you slew, and some you made captive;

Hilali/Khan**And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.
QXP Shabbir Ahemd**Those People of the Scripture who allied with the clans (despite having a treaty with you), have been taken out from their forts and strongholds, and panic has struck their hearts. Some of them were killed in the battle and others were taken prisoners of war. (The Jewish tribe, Bani Quraizah had violated the treaty, although another Jewish tribe, Bani Nadir of Khyber had also been among the confederates).
