Allahu allathee yursilu alrriyahafatutheeru sahaban fayabsutuhu fee alssama-ikayfa yashao wayajAAaluhu kisafan fatara alwadqayakhruju min khilalihi fa-itha asaba bihiman yashao min AAibadihi itha humyastabshiroona الله الذي يرسل الرياح فتثير سحابا فيبسطه في السماء كيف يشاء ويجعله كسفا فترى الودق يخرج من خلاله فإذا أصاب به من يشاء من عباده إذا هم يستبشرون
اللَّهُ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَاءِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ فَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ

  اﷲ ہی ہے جو ہواؤں کو بھیجتا ہے تو وہ بادل کو ابھارتی ہیں پھر وہ اس (بادل) کو فضائے آسمانی میں جس طرح چاہتا ہے پھیلا دیتا ہے پھر اسے (متفرق) ٹکڑے (کر کے تہ بہ تہ) کر دیتا ہے، پھر تم دیکھتے ہو کہ بارش اس کے درمیان سے نکلتی ہے، پھر جب اس (بارش) کو اپنے بندوں میں سے جنہیں چاہتا ہے پہنچا دیتا ہے تو وہ فوراً خوش ہو جاتے ہیں

Yousuf AliIt is Allah Who sends the Winds, and they raise the Clouds: then does He spread them in the sky as He wills, and break them into fragments, until thou seest rain-drops issue from the midst thereof: then when He has made them reach such of his servants as He wills behold, they do rejoice!-

Ahmed Aliالله وہ ہے جو ہوائیں چلاتا ہے پھر وہ بادل کو اٹھاتی ہیں پھر اسے آسمان میں جس طرح چاہے پھیلا دیتا ہےاور اسے ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کر دیتا ہے پھر تو مینہ کو دیکھے گا کہ اس کے اندر سے نکلتا ہے پھر جب اسے اپنے بندوں میں سے جسے چاہتا ہے پہنچاتا ہے تو وہ خوش ہو جاتے ہیں
Ahmed Raza Khanاللہ ہے کہ بھیجتا ہے ہوائیں کہ ابھارتی ہیں بادل پھر اسے پھیلادیتا ہے آسمان میں جیسا چاہے اور اسے پارہ پارہ کرتا ہے تو تُو دیکھے کہ اس کے یبچ میں مینھ نکل رہا ہے پھر جب اسے پہنچاتا ہے اپنے بندوں میں جس کی طرف چاہے جبھی وہ خوشیاں مناتے ہیں،
Shabbir Ahmed اللہ ہی ہے جو بھیجتا ہے ہواؤں کو سو وہ اٹھاتی ہیں بادلوں کو پھر پھیلادیتا ہے ان کو آسمان میں جس طرح چاہے اور تقسم کردیتا ہے ان کو ٹکڑوں میں پھر تو دیکھتا ہے بارش کے قطروں کو کہ نکلتے ہیں وہ اس میں سے۔ پھر جب برساتا ہے وہ اس (بارش) کو جس پر چاہے اپنے بندوں میں سے تو یکایک وہ خوش ہوجاتے ہیں۔
Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyخدا ہی تو ہے جو ہواؤں کو چلاتا ہے تو وہ بادل کو اُبھارتی ہیں۔ پھر خدا اس کو جس طرح چاہتا ہے آسمان میں پھیلا دیتا اور تہ بتہ کر دیتا ہے پھر تم دیکھتے ہو کہ اس کے بیچ میں سے مینھہ نکلنے لگتا ہے پھر جب وہ اپنے بندوں میں سے جن پر چاہتا ہے اُسے برسا دیتا ہے تو وہ خوش ہو جاتے ہیں
Mehmood Al Hassanاللہ ہے جو چلاتا ہے ہوائیں پھر وہ اٹھاتی ہیں بادل کو پھر پھیلا دیتا ہے اس کو آسمان میں جس طرح چاہے اور رکھتا ہے اس کو تہہ بہ تہہ پھر تو دیکھے مینہ کو کہ نکلتا ہے اس کے بیچ میں سے پھر جب اس کو پہنچاتا ہے جس کو کہ چاہتا ہے اپنے بندوں میں تبھی وہ لگتے
Abul Ala Maududiاللہ ہی ہے جو ہواؤں کو بھیجتا ہے اور وہ بادل اٹھاتی ہیں، پھر وہ اِن بادلوں کو آسمان میں پھیلا دیتا ہے جس طرح چاہتا ہے اور انہیں ٹکڑیوں میں تقسیم کرتا ہے، پھر تُو دیکھتا ہے کہ بارش کے قطرے بادل سے ٹپکے چلے آتے ہیں یہ بارش جب وہ اپنے بندوں میں سے جن پر چاہتا ہے برساتا ہے

LiteralGod is who sends the winds/breezes so it spreads/agitates clouds, so He spreads/extends it in the sky how He wills/wants, and He makes it pieces, so you see the rain appears/emerges from in between and around it, so when He struck with it whom He wills/wants from His worshippers/slaves , then they are announcing good news/cheerful .

Hilali/Khan**Allah is He Who sends the winds, so they raise clouds, and spread them along the sky as He wills, and then break them into fragments, until you see rain drops come forth from their midst! Then when He has made them fall on whom of His slaves as He will, lo! they rejoice!
QXP Shabbir Ahemd**(Divine Guidance is a blessing for humanity just as) it is Allah Who sends forth the winds that raise clouds, and then spreads them along the high atmosphere according to His Laws. And causes them to pile up and then break and you see the rain pouring down from within them. And when He makes it to fall on His servants by His Laws, behold, they rejoice.
