| الله الذي يرسل الرياح فتثير سحابا فيبسطه في السماء كيف يشاء ويجعله كسفا فترى الودق يخرج من خلاله فإذا أصاب به من يشاء من عباده إذا هم يستبشرون اللَّهُ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَاءِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ فَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ |

Tahir ul Qadri | اﷲ ہی ہے جو ہواؤں کو بھیجتا ہے تو وہ بادل کو ابھارتی ہیں پھر وہ اس (بادل) کو فضائے آسمانی میں جس طرح چاہتا ہے پھیلا دیتا ہے پھر اسے (متفرق) ٹکڑے (کر کے تہ بہ تہ) کر دیتا ہے، پھر تم دیکھتے ہو کہ بارش اس کے درمیان سے نکلتی ہے، پھر جب اس (بارش) کو اپنے بندوں میں سے جنہیں چاہتا ہے پہنچا دیتا ہے تو وہ فوراً خوش ہو جاتے ہیں |
