Man kafara faAAalayhi kufruhu waman AAamila salihanfali-anfusihim yamhadoona من كفر فعليه كفره ومن عمل صالحا فلأنفسهم يمهدون
مَن كَفَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ كُفْرُهُ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلِأَنفُسِهِمْ يَمْهَدُونَ

  جس نے کفر کیا تو اس کا (وبالِ) کفر اسی پر ہے اور جو نیک عمل کرے سو یہ لوگ اپنے لئے (جنّت کی) آرام گاہیں درست کر رہے ہیں

Yousuf AliThose who reject Faith will suffer from that rejection: and those who work righteousness will spread their couch (of repose) for themselves (in heaven):

Mehmood Al Hassanجو منکر ہوا سو اس پر پڑے اسکا منکر ہونا او رجو کوئی کرے بھلے کام سو وہ اپنی راہ سنوارتے ہیں
Abul Ala Maududiجس نے کفر کیا ہے اس کے کفر کا وبال اسی پر ہے اور جن لوگوں نے نیک عمل کیا ہے وہ اپنے ہی لیے فلاح کا راستہ صاف کر رہے ہیں
