Mathalu ma yunfiqoona fee hathihialhayati alddunya kamathali reehinfeeha sirrun asabat hartha qawmin thalamooanfusahum faahlakat-hu wama thalamahumu Allahuwalakin anfusahum yathlimoona مثل ما ينفقون في هذه الحياة الدنيا كمثل ريح فيها صر أصابت حرث قوم ظلموا أنفسهم فأهلكته وما ظلمهم الله ولكن أنفسهم يظلمون
مَثَلُ مَا يُنفِقُونَ فِي هَذِهِ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا كَمَثَلِ رِيحٍ فِيهَا صِرٌّ أَصَابَتْ حَرْثَ قَوْمٍ ظَلَمُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَأَهْلَكَتْهُ وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ اللّهُ وَلَـكِنْ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ

  (یہ لوگ) جو مال (بھی) اس دنیا کی زندگی میں خرچ کرتے ہیں اس کی مثال اس ہوا جیسی ہے جس میں سخت پالا ہو (اور) وہ ایسی قوم کی کھیتی پر جا پڑے جو اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کرتی ہو اور وہ اسے تباہ کر دے، اور اللہ نے ان پر کوئی ظلم نہیں کیا بلکہ وہ خود اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کرتے ہیں

Ahmed Aliاس دنیا کی زندگی میں جو کچھ خرچ کرتے ہیں اس کی مثال ایسی ہے جس طرح ایک ہوا ہو جس میں تیز سردی ہو وہ ایسے لوگو ں کی کھیتی کو لگ جائے جنہوں نے اپنے نفسوں پر ظلم کیا تھا پھر ا سکو برباد کر گئی اور الله نے ان پر ظلم نہیں کیا لیکن وہ اپنے او پر ظلم کرتے ہیں

Literal(An) example of what they spend in this the life the present/worldly life (is) as (the) example (of) a wind, in it (is) severe cold/frost, it struck a nation's cultivation/plantation, they caused injustice (to) themselves, so it destroyed/wasted it , and God did not cause injustice to them, and but (it is) themselves they cause injustice to.

Allah wronged them not, but they wronged themselves.
