Walaqad wassalna lahumualqawla laAAallahum yatathakkaroona ولقد وصلنا لهم القول لعلهم يتذكرون
وَلَقَدْ وَصَّلْنَا لَهُمُ الْقَوْلَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ

  اور درحقیقت ہم ان کے لئے پے در پے (قرآن کے) فرمان بھیجتے رہے تاکہ وہ نصیحت قبو ل کریں

Yousuf AliNow have We caused the Word to reach them themselves, in order that they may receive admonition.

[Lit., "We have caused this word to reach them gradually": this meaning is implied in the verbal form wassalna, which - like the grammatically identical form nazzalna - points to the gradual, step-by-step revelation of the Quran during the twenty-three years of Muhammad's prophetic ministry.]
Khalifa**We have delivered the message to them, that they may take heed.
Hilali/Khan**And indeed now We have conveyed the Word (this Quran in which is the news of everything to them), in order that they may remember (or receive admonition).
