Wayawma yaAAaddu alththalimuAAala yadayhi yaqoolu ya laytanee ittakhathtumaAAa alrrasooli sabeelan ويوم يعض الظالم على يديه يقول يا ليتني اتخذت مع الرسول سبيلا
وَيَوْمَ يَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي اتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَبِيلًا

  اور اس دن ہر ظالم (غصہ اور حسرت سے) اپنے ہاتھوں کو کاٹ کاٹ کھائے گا (اور) کہے گا: کاش! میں نے رسولِ (اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی معیّت میں (آکر ہدایت کا) راستہ اختیار کر لیا ہوتا

Khalifa**The day will come when the transgressor will bite his hands (in anguish) and say, "Alas, I wish I had followed the path with the messenger.
Hilali/Khan**And (remember) the Day when the Zalim (wrong-doer, oppressor, polytheist, etc.) will bite at his hands, he will say: "Oh! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger ( Muhammad SAW).
