Thaniya AAitfihi liyudillaAAan sabeeli Allahi lahu fee alddunyakhizyun wanutheequhu yawma alqiyamati AAathabaalhareeqi ثاني عطفه ليضل عن سبيل الله له في الدنيا خزي ونذيقه يوم القيامة عذاب الحريق
ثَانِيَ عِطْفِهِ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لَهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ وَنُذِيقُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ

  اپنی گردن کو (تکبّر سے) مروڑے ہوئے تاکہ (دوسروں کو بھی) اﷲ کی راہ سے بہکا دے، اس کے لئے دنیا میں (بھی) رسوائی ہے اور قیامت کے دن ہم اسے جلا دینے والے عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں گے

Yousuf Ali(Disdainfully) bending his side, in order to lead (men) astray from the Path of Allah: for him there is disgrace in this life, and on the Day of Judgment We shall make him taste the Penalty of burning (Fire).

Ahmed Aliتاکہ الله کی راہ سے بہکائے اس کے لیے دنیا میں رسوائی ہے اور قیامت کے دن بھی ہم اسے دوزخ کے عذاب کا مزہ چکھاویں گے
Ahmed Raza Khanحق سے اپنی گردن موڑے ہوئے تاکہ اللہ کی راہ سے بہکادے اس کے لیے دنیا میں رسوائی ہے اور قیامت کے دن ہم اسے آگ کا عذاب چکھائیں گے

Fateh Muhammad Jalandhary(اور تکبر سے) گردن موڑ لیتا (ہے) تاکہ (لوگوں کو) خدا کے رستے سے گمراہ کردے۔ اس کے لئے دنیا میں ذلت ہے۔ اور قیامت کے دن ہم اسے عذاب (آتش) سوزاں کا مزہ چکھائیں گے
Mehmood Al Hassanاپنی کروٹ موڑ کر تاکہ بہکائے اللہ کی راہ سے اُسکے لئے دنیا میں رسوائی ہے اور چکھائیں گے ہم اُسکو قیامت کے دن جلن کی مار
Abul Ala Maududiخدا کے بارے میں جھگڑتے ہیں تاکہ لوگوں کو راہِ خدا سے بھٹکا دیں ایسے شخص کے لیے دُنیا میں رُسوائی ہے اور قیامت کے روز اُس کو ہم آگ کے عذاب کا مزا چکھائیں گے

Khalifa**Arrogantly he strives to divert the people from the path of GOD. He thus incurs humiliation in this life, and we commit him on the Day of Resurrection to the agony of burning.
Hilali/Khan**Bending his neck in pride (far astray from the Path of Allah), and leading (others) too (far) astray from the Path of Allah. For him there is disgrace in this worldly life, and on the Day of Resurrection We shall make him taste the torment of burning (Fire).
