بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Wa-ith qulna odkhuloo hathihialqaryata fakuloo minha haythu shi/tum raghadan waodkhulooalbaba sujjadan waqooloo hittatun naghfirlakum khatayakum wasanazeedu almuhsineena وإذ قلنا ادخلوا هذه القرية فكلوا منها حيث شئتم رغدا وادخلوا الباب سجدا وقولوا حطة نغفر لكم خطاياكم وسنزيد المحسنين
وَإِذْ قُلْنَا ادْخُلُواْ هَـذِهِ الْقَرْيَةَ فَكُلُواْ مِنْهَا حَيْثُ شِئْتُمْ رَغَداً وَّادْخُلُواْ الْبَابَ سُجَّداً وَّقُولُواْ حِطَّةٌ نَّغْفِرْ لَكُمْ خَطَايَاكُمْ وَسَنَزِيدُ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

  اور (یاد کرو) جب ہم نے فرمایا: اس شہر میں داخل ہو جاؤ اور اس میں جہاں سے چاہو خوب جی بھر کے کھاؤ اور (یہ کہ شہر کے) دروازے میں سجدہ کرتے ہوئے داخل ہونا اور یہ کہتے جانا: (اے ہمارے رب! ہم سب خطاؤں کی) بخشش چاہتے ہیں، (تو) ہم تمہاری (گزشتہ) خطائیں معاف فرما دیں گے، اور (علاوہ اس کے) نیکوکاروں کو مزید (لطف و کرم سے) نوازیں گے

Yousuf AliAnd remember We said: "Enter this town, and eat of the plenty therein as ye wish; but enter the gate with humility, in posture and in words, and We shall forgive you your faults and increase (the portion of) those who do good."

Ahmed Aliاور جب ہم نے کہا اس شہر میں داخل ہو جاؤ پھر اس میں جہاں سے چاہو بے تکلفی سے کھاؤ اور دروازہ میں سجدہ کرتے ہوئے داخل ہو اور کہتے جاؤ بخش دے تو ہم تمہارے قصور معاف کر دیں گے اور نیکی کرنے والوں کو زیادہ بھی دیں گے

Mehmood Al Hassanاور جب ہم نے کہا داخل ہو اس شہر میں اور کھاتے پھرو اسمیں جہاں چاہو فراغت سے اور داخل ہو دروازے میں سجدہ کرتے ہوئے اور کہتے جاؤ بخشدے تو معاف کر دیں گے ہم تمہارے قصور اور زیادہ بھی دیں گے نیکی والوں کو
Abul Ala Maududiپھر یاد کرو جب ہم نے کہا تھا کہ، "یہ بستی جو تمہارے سامنے ہے، اس میں داخل ہو جاؤ، اس کی پیداوار جس طرح چاہو، مزے سے کھاؤ، مگر بستی کے دروازے میں سجدہ ریز ہوتے ہو ئے داخل ہونا اور کہتے جانا حطۃ حطۃ، ہم تمہاری خطاؤں سے در گزر کریں گے اور نیکو کاروں کو مزید فضل و کرم سے نوازیں گے"
Farooq S. Khanاور جب میں نے کہا اس قریہ میں داخل ہو کر جہاں سے اور جتنا چاہو کھاؤ اور دروازے میں داخل ہو سجدہ کرتے اور حِطَّةٌ کہتے ، تو میں تمہارے گناہ معاف کردوں گا اور نیکو کاروں کا انعام بڑھا دوں گا۔

PickthalAnd when We said: Go into this township and eat freely of that which is therein, and enter the gate prostrate, and say: "Repentance." We will forgive you your sins and will increase (reward) for the right-doers.

Sarwar(Children of Israel, recall My favors) when We told you, "Enter this city, enjoy eating whatever you want therein, prostrate yourselves and ask forgiveness when passing through the gate, and We shall forgive your sins, and add to the rewards of the righteous ones".
