Almalu waalbanoona zeenatu alhayatialddunya waalbaqiyatu alssalihatukhayrun AAinda rabbika thawaban wakhayrun amalan المال والبنون زينة الحياة الدنيا والباقيات الصالحات خير عند ربك ثوابا وخير أملا
الْمَالُ وَالْبَنُونَ زِينَةُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْبَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ خَيْرٌ عِندَ رَبِّكَ ثَوَابًا وَخَيْرٌ أَمَلاً

  مال اور اولاد (تو صرف) دنیاوی زندگی کی زینت ہیں اور (حقیقت میں) باقی رہنے والی (تو) نیکیاں (ہیں جو) آپ کے رب کے نزدیک ثواب کے لحاظ سے (بھی) بہتر ہیں اور آرزو کے لحاظ سے (بھی) خوب تر ہیں

Abul Ala Maududiیہ مال اور یہ اولاد محض دُنیوی زندگی کی ایک ہنگامی آرائش ہے اصل میں تو باقی رہ جانے والی نیکیاں ہی تیرے رب کے نزدیک نتیجے کے لحاظ سے بہتر ہیں اور اُنہی سے اچھی اُمّیدیں وابستہ کی جا سکتی ہیں
