WajaAAalna AAala quloobihimakinnatan an yafqahoohu wafee athanihim waqran wa-ithathakarta rabbaka fee alqur-ani wahdahuwallaw AAala adbarihim nufooran وجعلنا على قلوبهم أكنة أن يفقهوه وفي آذانهم وقرا وإذا ذكرت ربك في القرآن وحده ولوا على أدبارهم نفورا
وَجَعَلْنَا عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ أَكِنَّةً أَن يَفْقَهُوهُ وَفِي آذَانِهِمْ وَقْرًا وَإِذَا ذَكَرْتَ رَبَّكَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ وَحْدَهُ وَلَّوْاْ عَلَى أَدْبَارِهِمْ نُفُورًا

  اور ہم ان کے دلوں پر (بھی) پردے ڈال دیتے ہیں تاکہ وہ اسے سمجھ (نہ) سکیں اور ان کے کانوں میں بوجھ پیدا کر دیتے ہیں (تاکہ اسے سن نہ سکیں)، اور جب آپ قرآن میں اپنے رب کا تنہا ذکر کرتے ہیں (ان کے بتوں کا نام نہیں آتا) تو وہ نفرت کرتے ہوئے پیٹھ پھیر کر بھاگ کھڑے ہوتے ہیں

Yousuf AliAnd We put coverings over their hearts (and minds) lest they should understand the Qur'an, and deafness into their ears: when thou dost commemorate thy Lord and Him alone in the Qur'an, they turn on their backs, fleeing (from the Truth).

Ahmed Aliاور ہم نے ان کے دلو ں پر پردے کر دیے ہیں تاکہ اسے نہ سمجھیں اور ان کے کانوں میں گرانی ڈال دی ہے اور جب تو قرآن میں صرف اپنے رب ہی کا ذکر کرتا ہے تو پیٹھ پھیر کر کفرت سے بھاگتے ہیں
Ahmed Raza Khanاور ہم نے ان کے دلوں پر غلاف ڈال دیے ہیں کہ اسے نہ سمجھیں اور ان کے کانوں میں ٹینٹ (روئی) اور جب تم قرآن میں اپنے اکیلے رب کی یاد کرتے ہو وہ پیٹھ پھیر کر بھاگتے ہیں نفرت کرتے،

QXP Shabbir Ahemd**It is Allah's Law that people who do not use their faculties, lose them. Their minds, hearts, and ears act impermeable when you mention your Lord alone in the Qur'an. And, they turn their backs in disgust. (They wish to hear about other deities and false 'authorities').
