| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[13:13] | Wayusabbihu alrraAAdu bihamdihiwaalmala-ikatu min kheefatihi wayursilu alssawaAAiqafayuseebu biha man yashao wahum yujadiloonafee Allahi wahuwa shadeedu almihali |  ويسبح الرعد بحمده والملائكة من خيفته ويرسل الصواعق فيصيب بها من يشاء وهم يجادلون في الله وهو شديد المحالوَيُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ وَيُرْسِلُ الصَّوَاعِقَ فَيُصِيبُ بِهَا مَن يَشَاءُ وَهُمْ يُجَادِلُونَ فِي اللّهِ وَهُوَ شَدِيدُ الْمِحَالِ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | (بجلیوں اور بادلوں کی) گرج (یا اس پر متعین فرشتہ) اور تمام فرشتے اس کے خوف سے اس کی حمد کے ساتھ تسبیح کرتے ہیں، اور وہ کڑکتی بجلیاں بھیجتا ہے پھر جس پر چاہتا ہے اسے گرا دیتا ہے، اور وہ (کفار قدرت کی ان نشانیوں کے باوجود) اﷲ کے بارے میں جھگڑا کرتے ہیں، اور وہ سخت تدبیر و گرفت والا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Nay, thunder repeateth His praises, and so do the angels, with awe: He flingeth the loud-voiced thunder-bolts, and therewith He striketh whomsoever He will..yet these (are the men) who (dare to) dispute about Allah, with the strength of His power (supreme)!

| Literal | And the thunder praises/glorifies with His gratitude/thanks , and the angels from fearing Him, and He sends the fires falling from the sky accompanied by thunderous noise/death , so He strikes/hits with it whom He wills/wants, and (while) they argue/dispute in God, and He is strong (severe), the impenetrable/powerful, and mighty . | ||||||
