Ya ibraheemu aAAridAAan hatha innahu qad jaa amru rabbika wa-innahum ateehimAAathabun ghayru mardoodin يا إبراهيم أعرض عن هذا إنه قد جاء أمر ربك وإنهم آتيهم عذاب غير مردود
يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ أَعْرِضْ عَنْ هَذَا إِنَّهُ قَدْ جَاءَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ وَإِنَّهُمْ آتِيهِمْ عَذَابٌ غَيْرُ مَرْدُودٍ

  (فرشتوں نے کہا:) اے ابراہیم! اس (بات) سے درگزر کیجئے، بیشک اب تو آپ کے رب کا حکمِ (عذاب) آچکا ہے، اور انہیں عذاب پہنچنے ہی والا ہے جو پلٹایا نہیں جا سکتا

Yousuf AliO Abraham! Seek not this. The decree of thy Lord hath gone forth: for them there cometh a penalty that cannot be turned back!

Ahmed Aliاے ابراھیم یہ خیال چھوڑ دے کیوں کہ تیرے رب کا حکم آ چکا ہے اور بے شک ان پرعذاب آ کر ہی رہے گا جو ٹلنے والا نہیں

Abul Ala Maududi(آخر کار ہمارے فرشتوں نے اس سے کہا) "اے ابراہیمؑ، اس سے باز آ جاؤ، تمہارے رب کا حکم ہو چکا ہے اور اب ان لوگوں پر وہ عذاب آکر رہے گا جو کسی کے پھیرے نہیں پھر سکتا"

Arberry 'O Abraham, turn away from this; thy Lord's command has surely come, and there is coming upon them a chastisement not to be turned back.'
ShakirO Ibrahim! leave off this, surely the decree of your Lord has come to pass, and surely there must come to them a chastisement that cannot be averted.
SarwarWe said, "Abraham, avoid asking Us such questions. Your Lord's decree has already been issued and an inevitable torment will strike these people."
H/K/Saheeh[The angels said], "O Abraham, give up this [plea]. Indeed, the command of your Lord has come, and indeed, there will reach them a punishment that cannot be repelled."
MalikThe angels said: "O Abraham! Leave this topic. The decree of your Lord has already been issued, now there must come to them a punishment that cannot be averted!"[76]
Maulana Ali**O Abraham, cease from this. Surely the decree of thy Lord has gone forth and there must come to them a chastisement that cannot be averted.
