| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [78:40] | ERROR |  إنا أنذرناكم عذابا قريبا يوم ينظر المرء ما قدمت يداه ويقول الكافر يا ليتني كنت تراباإِنَّا أَنذَرْنَاكُمْ عَذَابًا قَرِيبًا يَوْمَ يَنظُرُ الْمَرْءُ مَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاهُ وَيَقُولُ الْكَافِرُ يَا لَيْتَنِي كُنتُ تُرَابًا | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | بلا شبہ ہم نے تمہیں عنقریب آنے والے عذاب سے ڈرا دیا ہے، اس دن ہر آدمی ان (اعمال) کو جو اس نے آگے بھیجے ہیں دیکھ لے گا، اور (ہر) کافر کہے گا: اے کاش! میں مٹی ہوتا (اور اس عذاب سے بچ جاتا) | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Verily, We have warned you of a Penalty near, the Day when man will see (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the Unbeliever will say, "Woe unto me! Would that I were (metre) dust!"

[85:10] | Inna allatheena fatanoo almu/mineenawaalmu/minati thumma lam yatooboo falahum AAathabujahannama walahum AAathabu alhareeqi | إن الذين فتنوا المؤمنين والمؤمنات ثم لم يتوبوا فلهم عذاب جهنم ولهم عذاب الحريق إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | بیشک جن لوگوں نے مومن مردوں اور مومن عورتوں کو اذیت دی پھر توبہ (بھی) نہ کی تو ان کے لئے عذابِ جہنم ہے اور ان کے لئے (بالخصوص) آگ میں جلنے کا عذاب ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Those who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire.

| Yousuf Ali | Allah will punish him with a mighty Punishment,

| Yousuf Ali | Therefore did thy Lord pour on them a scourge of diverse chastisements:

| Yousuf Ali | For, that Day, His Chastisement will be such as none (else) can inflict,
